After studying Mechanical Engineering at Penn State and building a career in strategy consulting, Vanessa founded Bridge for Girls to help secondary school girls connect with mentors who have walked the path before them

Bridge for Girls began with a simple belief: sometimes, one conversation with someone just a few steps ahead can make a dream feel possible

Through mentor matching, Vanessa hopes to create a space where girls can ask questions, explore university pathways, build confidence, and imagine futures beyond the limits they may have been given
